Kristin Hoffman graduated in economics in 2004. Subsequently, she worked as an environmental economist at ETH Zurich and the Federal Office for the Environment in Berne. At the end of 2009, she returned to ETH Zurich and, since then, is part of the Equal! team. Her work focuses on gender monitoring as well as carrying out complementary follow-up studies. Kristin Hoffman is a member of the ETH’s Diversity Strategy Working Group. In addition to her job, she is currently studying Law at the University of Zurich.
